Privacy
We keep as little as we can. No ads, no tracking cookies, and we never sell or hand your details to anyone.
What we keep
- Your email, if you sign in. You sign in with a link we email you; there are no passwords. The link expires in 15 minutes.
- The races you save and whether you want reminders, so we can email you before entries close and in race week.
- Organizer claims: the race you claim and the role you tell us, so we can approve it.
- Races you send us: the race details, your email and any note, only so we can ask about anything missing. Your email is never shown.
- Race counts: how often a race was viewed and how many people clicked "Sign up", per day. Just numbers, not linked to you.
Cookies
Only two, both needed for the site to work: one keeps you signed in for 30 days, one remembers the language you picked. That's why we don't ask for consent.
Where it lives
The site, its database and its emails run on Cloudflare. Mail you send to hello@afetiria.app arrives in a Gmail account. Sign-up links take you to other sites, under their own terms.
How long
For as long as you have an account. Sign-in links expire in 15 minutes and sessions in 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion, or stop reminders, by writing to hello@afetiria.app. We answer within a few days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Greek data protection authority (dpa.gr).
